Fine butter biscuits baked in the oven until golden brown and filled with a Piedmont hazelnut cream. Original Piedmont hazelnuts gently ground into a fine nougat and mixed with a slightly tart dark chocolate give this biscuit its nutty, chocolaty note. But be careful!...danger of addiction!!!
