Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods

which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (Section 312g (2) No. 2 German Civil Code – BGB), or

which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).
Our products are handcrafted food items (pastries and confectionery) which, once dispatched, cannot be returned to sale.
For this reason, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

Your statutory rights in the event of defective or damaged goods remain unaffected.
