Florentine with almond brittle and hazelnut nougat · Duchesse made from caramelised almond meringue with almond nougat · NussKnacker with Piedmont hazelnuts · MandelKnacker with Spanish almonds. Each with mild milk chocolate.

The same four varieties with rich dark chocolate and a fine bitterness. For those who prefer something a little more intense.

We check the quantity against our bakehouse capacity and send you a personal quote.

My Manufactory
Here, the work is still done by people, not machines.
In my manufactory, every piece is made by hand, with the finest ingredients and the time that good biscuits need.
That is why we do not bake without limit: we are happy to plan large quantities with you early on. Gifts are available while stocks last.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix milk chocolate and dark chocolate?
For each order, we make one variety: milk chocolate or dark chocolate. That way, every gift is equally beautiful.
Who writes the greeting cards?
You send us your finished cards by post, and we enclose one with each gift.
Can you manage large quantities?
Please do get in touch. Because we bake by hand, it depends on how much time there is before the delivery date. The earlier you enquire, the more likely we can make it work.
Can anything break in transit?
NussKnacker and MandelKnacker are wafer-thin, so individual pieces may break on the way. If a parcel is damaged in transit, we will of course replace the goods.
