Piedmont chocolate delights

My Piedmont chocolate creations in milk and dark chocolate are something truly special. Carefully selected hazelnuts, grown and harvested by hazelnut farmers in Piedmont, Italy, and embedded in smooth, melting chocolate, make every bite memorable. The fine contrast between sweet milk chocolate and intense dark chocolate brings out the natural flavour of the hazelnuts and their nutty notes. A treat to let melt slowly on the tongue.

Piedmont brittle & almond brittle – Crisp and delicate

For all lovers of brittle, my Piedmont brittle and almond brittle creations offer a wonderful combination of flavours. The crisp brittle, made from cream, butter, honey and vanilla, is refined with the finest Piedmont hazelnuts or Italian almonds, baked, then carefully crushed and added to the chocolate. These creations combine crisp textures with the rich flavour of milk or dark chocolate, making every bite a special experience.

White Pistachio – A special temptation

White Pistachio is a delicacy with a mild yet refined flavour. Delicate white chocolate surrounds fine pistachios from Bronte in Sicily and Piedmont hazelnut brittle, giving this creation a distinctive taste that is both gentle and tempting.
