The Florentine takes you into a world of crisp delight. With its harmonious combination of flaked almonds, brittle and the finest hazelnut nougat, it is a true piece of the baker's art. NussKnacker – The crunch with hazelnuts

Discover the perfect pairing of whole Piedmont hazelnuts and crisp brittle in my NussKnacker. The hazelnuts rest on a base of brittle made from the finest ingredients such as cream, butter, honey and real vanilla from Madagascar. A coating of milk or dark chocolate completes it and makes every bite a feast for the senses.

MandelKnacker – Caramelised refinement

The MandelKnacker combines the elegance of the finest chocolate with the distinctive taste of whole almonds. The brittle is made in our manufactory with great care and the finest ingredients before being finished with a touch of dark or milk chocolate. Discover the refinement of our craft in every piece.
