About this chocolate

The milk chocolate melts gently and creamily, with the brittle crunching in between. It brings the delicate sweetness of Piedmont hazelnuts and a hint of honey, so this variety remains mild and round, yet crisp.

We caramelise the brittle as it was always done, with sugar, butter, cream and acacia honey, with patience and vanilla from Madagascar. The chocolate is then poured and broken by hand. A gift for people who prefer gentle to bittersweet.

Ingredients

MILK chocolate 60% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, WHOLE MILK powder, SKIMMED MILK powder, CREAM powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, Madagascar vanilla), Piedmont HAZELNUTS 22%, sugar, CREAM, acacia honey, BUTTER, salt, vanilla from Madagascar.
