About this chocolate
No brittle, no embellishments: finely bitter dark chocolate and gently roasted Piedmont hazelnuts. The nuts make up a large part of every piece, their aroma standing on equal terms with the robust cocoa.
We pour the chocolate slowly and carefully by hand and then break it, which is why no two pieces are alike. A chocolate bark for all who like it clear and nutty, to give as a gift or to keep for yourself.
