Fine butter biscuits baked in the oven until golden brown and filled with a Piedmontese hazelnut cream. Original Piedmontese hazelnuts gently ground into a fine nougat and mixed with a slightly bitter dark chocolate give this biscuit its nutty, chocolatey note. But be careful!...It's addictive!!!
