About these biscuits
The shortcrust is tender and buttery, and genuine vanilla gives it a warm, familiar scent. Beneath it lies a base of milk chocolate that brings a creamy softness. Rounded in flavour, like a biscuit you have known for a long time.
We bake it by hand until golden, with butter, cream, fresh egg yolk and vanilla seeds from Madagascar, and wrap it in fine paper. A classic with a cup of tea or coffee, a companion on your travels or a gift for people with a sense for fine things.
