The marzipan made from Mediterranean almonds is soft, with a delicate almond note. The Grand Cru dark chocolate from Brazil above it brings depth and a robust cocoa flavour that clearly balances the sweetness of the marzipan. A quiet, dark praline that has no need to be loud.
