The speciality: This indulgence is refined with a layer of dark chocolate, which gives the biscuit a sophisticated, slightly bitter flavour. The spices add a subtle, wintery note without masking the delicate buttery flavour. In my bakery, each piece is made with dedication and craftsmanship.
