About this chocolate

Beneath a shell of gently conched milk chocolate lies a creamy hazelnut nougat. It makes up the larger part of the bar, so every piece tastes above all of hazelnut, mildly enveloped by the milk chocolate.

The bar is rectangular and stays whole, without breaking grooves. We pour the nougat of hazelnut kernels, sugar and cocoa butter into a praline frame, cut it with a praline guitar and then coat it with chocolate. This is how every bar is made by hand in our manufactory.

Ingredients

Hazelnut nougat 59% (sugar, HAZELNUT kernels 41%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), milk chocolate 41% (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla).
