About this chocolate

The almond nougat is very creamy, its almond flavour understated. Within it are crushed, paper-thin wafer leaves called Eclat d’Or, which crunch softly with every bite. Everything is enveloped in gently conched milk chocolate that melts mildly.

The bar is rectangular and stays whole, without breaking grooves. We pour the nougat with the wafer pieces into a praline frame, cut it with a praline guitar and then coat it with chocolate, all by hand. The wafer pieces give the soft nougat a counterpart without overpowering it.

Ingredients

Almond nougat 56% (sugar, ALMONDS 44%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), milk chocolate 41% (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla), Eclat d'Or (WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, skimmed MILK, salt, BARLEY malt).

Shelf life and storage

The best-before date is printed on the pack. Store cool (below 20 °C), dry and tightly closed, and protect from heat.
