Fine almond nougat with delicate wafer crumbs covered in gently conched dark chocolate.
This almond nougat has a very creamy, unobtrusive almond flavor and we refine it with delicate, crushed biscuit wafer sheets, also called Eclat d'Or. These are very thin, crispy wafer pieces that give the nougat a special crunch.
