About these biscuits

Golden-roasted Spanish almonds, set in crisp honey brittle and coated in delicately melting milk chocolate: sweet, nutty and chocolatey at once, yet beautifully balanced. Every bite cracks brightly and lingers gently.

This is how these biscuits used to be made, with almonds, honey, sugar and a great deal of patience. We roast the almonds ourselves, pour the mixture by hand and wrap everything in fine paper. Whether as a gift or for yourself: a piece of craftsmanship you can taste. Because they are so delicately made, individual pieces may break in transit.

Ingredients

Blanched ALMONDS from Spain 42%, MILK chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, Madagascar vanilla), sugar, CREAM (min. 33% fat), acacia honey, BUTTER, salt, real Madagascar vanilla seeds.
