About these biscuits

Whole, gently roasted Piedmont hazelnuts rest on a bed of golden honey brittle, enrobed in milk chocolate that melts delicately. Nutty, caramel-like and mild: the hazelnut takes centre stage, with honey and chocolate accompanying it.

Butter, honey, cream and nuts – nothing more is needed. We work as we always have, with care and patience, and make every NussKnacker by hand. Elegantly packaged, it is a gift for people who value the genuine. As the brittle is wafer-thin, a piece may occasionally break in transit.

Ingredients

Whole Piedmont HAZELNUTS 47%, MILK chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, Madagascar vanilla), sugar, CREAM (min. 33% fat), acacia honey, BUTTER, salt, real Madagascar vanilla seeds.
