About these biscuits

Here, whole, gently roasted Piedmont hazelnuts meet golden honey brittle and a Grand Cru dark chocolate from Valrhona, sourced from Brazil, with at least 60% cocoa. The bite is firm and crisp, the nuts taste full and rounded, and the chocolate sets a bittersweet counterpoint to the sweetness of the honey.

In my manufactory, every NussKnacker is made with a steady hand. Here, the work is still done by people, not machines. A biscuit for connoisseurs and a gift for all who appreciate the genuine, in fine paper packaging. Because the brittle is very delicate, a piece may occasionally break in transit.

Ingredients

Whole Piedmont HAZELNUTS 42%, Valrhona Grand Cru dark chocolate from Brazil 55% (cocoa: 60% minimum; sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sugar, CREAM (min. 33% fat), acacia honey, BUTTER, salt, real Madagascar vanilla seeds.
