About these biscuits

Some gifts are chosen quickly; others show that real thought has gone into them. This selection brings together six specialities from our manufactory. The six varieties lie together in our large green gift box with ribbon.

  • Florentine Milk Chocolate: baked flaked almonds in honey caramel with milk chocolate.
  • Duchesse Milk Chocolate: caramelised almond meringue with almond nougat, coated in milk chocolate.
  • Butter Biscuits Vanilla Milk Chocolate: crumbly butter biscuit with genuine vanilla on a base of milk chocolate.
  • Butter Biscuits Crème au Citron: tender shortcrust biscuit with a fruity lemon cream.
  • Hazelnut Meringue Vanilla: light meringue with chopped hazelnuts and vanilla.
  • NussKnacker Milk Chocolate: whole Piedmont hazelnuts on honey brittle with milk chocolate.
