Delicate almond brittle filled with gently conched hazelnut nougat and covered with at least 63 percent dark chocolate.

We still produce our almond brittle in the traditional way.

Cream, honey, butter, sugar, salt and real vanilla are cooked together in a copper kettle and then baked in the oven with sliced almonds to make brittle. Then filled with gently conched hazelnut nougat and finished with Valrhona milk or dark chocolate.
