Almonds, honey, caramel – and a hint of dark temptation: our dark chocolate Florentines combine a crisp, light texture with the rich character of fine dark chocolate. 🍫 Hand-baked, filled with nougat and carefully coated, every Florentine is a little masterpiece – full of flavour, without any frills.

We still make our almond brittle the traditional way.

Cream, honey, butter, sugar, salt and real vanilla are cooked together in a copper pot and then baked in the oven with sliced almonds to form brittle. It is then filled with gently conched hazelnut nougat and finished with Valrhona milk or dark chocolate.

The combination of nutty crunch and fine chocolate makes them the ideal accompaniment for special moments.
