Delicate almond brittle refined with Italian candied orange pieces and covered with milk chocolate.
We still produce our almond brittle in the traditional way.
Cream, honey, butter, sugar, salt and real vanilla are cooked together in a copper kettle and then baked in the oven with sliced almonds to make brittle.
Then refined with milk chocolate.
